Hi everyone, great to be here having stumbled across this part of the website. Obviously Dan, Ben and Steve are seasoned pro's when it comes to creating and hosting a podcast and i'm interested to hear what they would advise someone who is just starting the process of creating their own podcast? I'm also interested to hear what the audience like and dislike when it comes to listening to podcasts. If anyone would be willing to share their thoughts i'd be very grateful.
Thanks in advance to anyone who has the time to contribute to this discussion.
Hey Dave! This is a part of the site we are working on. Thanks for joining up and posting.
I've written a couple of blogs in the past about podcasting. If they're any use:

That's awesome, thanks for the links Dan. Looking forward to seeing how this part of the site develops.
Dave - my advice - listen back to yourself as much as you can to learn and look out for your little mannerisms - I'm still working on mine! And plan, plan, plan. Research your guests, what you want to talk about but then let the conversation flow having done the groundwork
Sage advice. Feels strange at first listening back to yourself but if you don't then you won't improve.
