Why this is here
you've already signed this, here's what it looks like locally

The Wolfpack
Pledge

  • I'll leave the ladder down behind me.
  • I'll choose we over me.
  • It takes a village, so I'll show up for mine.
  • I'll back the people doing the brave thing.
  • I'll share what works and bin what doesn't.
  • I'll stay curious.
  • I'll make some noise.
  • I'll run with the Pack.
Every member's already put their name to this. Running a local pack is just this, out loud, in a room, bi-monthly.

Straight answers

Questions?

Do I need to be a Wolfpack member to lead one?

Yes, leading is a membership benefit. Attending is open to everyone, but running a pack is something membership unlocks.

What if not many people show up?

That's normal, especially for a first or second gathering. A handful of people having a proper conversation is worth more than a big room half-listening. Numbers tend to build once word gets round locally.

How much time does this take?

A couple of hours every other month, plus the gathering itself. The toolkit and other leads exist to take the pressure off.

Who sorts the venue and funding?

It's a joint effort. You know your region best, so you lead on finding the venue and the local connections, and we support you in making it happen and lining up backing.

Can more than one of us lead a region together?

Yes, and it's common. More than two can lead a single region if that's what it needs, plenty of packs grow that way as they get going.
